Our mission
Adonis grew up with two parents who spent their careers as nurses in elderly care homes. Through them he came to understand the reality of the work early on and the challenges the elderly care homes in Europe face.
The elderly care homes are under growing pressure across Europe. Populations are ageing, residents are arriving with higher needs, and finding enough qualified nurses to meet that demand has become one of the sector's hardest challenges. Elderly care homes everywhere are looking for ways to support the teams and residents.
At the same time, the advancement of technology and artificial intelligence has reached a point where it can make a real difference to how elderly care homes operate. Adonis and his co-founder Frank saw that opportunity and started LuxAvenor to bring modern technology to elderly care homes and support the way nurses work today.
